When you need to turn to the professionals for technical services look no further! Trevor at Leaders Media and his lead coordinator suited us up well to deliver a National Housing webinar that brought in guest speakers with technical demands and more that 200 registered participants attending. Leaders Media kept us flowing smoothly in discussion with precision and attention to detail, we served up a flawless, stress free 1.5 hour session. The follow up for participants is always important and he ensured we delivered in a timely and coordinated way. He was extremely professional to work with, and really took the time to understand what we needed. I would definitely work with him again!

I had a phenomenal experience with Trevor and his team! Trevor started by building a relationship and taking the time to understand me and my company. Thus ensuring the success of our project. I felt heard and understood, as Trevor leads with integrity and this is shown vividly throughout his work. In the end, his team delivered exceptional quality. At first, I was uncertain as to how to condense everything that I wanted to say into one video. I was overwhelmed and felt as if there were many different points to capture. I mentioned this to Trevor, and he suggested that I fill out his Easy Script Creation Kit. This simple document was very helpful! Making the process fast and straight forward. Our shoot date arrived and I was confident, because I knew exactly what I was going to say. The kit is an important time saving tool and made my experience a breeze. With this, everyone was on the same page and we completed our filming early. I highly recommend Leaders Media. Trevor is such a joy to work with! He makes the entire process seem effortless. I will certainly be calling again to film many projects in the future.

THANK YOU! <3 I just wanted to wholeheartedly recommend Leaders Media Ltd. for any kind of livestream event possible! I was looking around Vancouver for a great livestream team and our choice did not disappoint. We went with them for our civil ceremony that we wanted to livestream for our overseas guests and family members, and everything from start to finish went so smoothly. They were so considerate and took every concern into their hands. We were met with professionalism and our main point of contact, Trevor, was fantastic to deal with. We met up in person to go over the location together and we talked about potential ideas of what we could do. They were all super kind and friendly - I thought we got along really well. We also had a video meeting online about a week before the wedding day to discuss all the specifics (as we had an outdoor ceremony, we were a bit worried about the rain, but Trevor and his team were ultra prepared for any weather) - they always made us feel so confident about the whole process. We had literally 0 worries during the day! All of our overseas guests were completely SHOCKED at the level of quality and we were bombarded with compliments about the how lovely the video quality came out. Rewatching the video even now gives us goosebumps and we don't regret for second going with these people! They are true pros at their work and I will forever be humbly grateful for all of their hard work. Thank you so much to everyone for being part of our day, it meant so much to us. Trevor and his team helped me, as the PAC president for my kids school, organize and deliver a very memorable experience for our family and many other families that purchased the Winter Concert video as part of a fundraiser. During a difficult year where parents were not allowed to be present at the event due to COVID-19, Leaders Media captured the show picture perfect and my kids and I watched it many times over the holiday break. Thank you Trevor for coming through with a very professional and timely service and we hope to do it again next year!

Our Founder

As a life long entrepreneur and video production enthusiast, Trevor began attending business and personal development events at the age of 17. In the following years Trevor frequented educational events around Vancouver, and soon was hired to film many of these same events. Shortly after he discovered that his experience in Vancouver event videography was a specialized skill set, that wasn’t being served though the majority of Vancouver’s video production companies. This evolved into We Film Events (previously Leaders Media) providing event video production services for corporation, non-profit organizations, and other media companies.

In addition to filming events, since 2010 Trevor has studied the craft of public speaking. This has given him a unique set of tools to assist professional speakers and trainers to capture their message in a succinct and powerful way.

Behind the scenes Trevor is also producing events, currently a co-organizer and the Technology & Communication Lead for BC’s largest TEDx event, TEDxSurrey.ca event held annually at the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey. He also consults on the technical production of the majority of BC’s TEDx events.

Today Trevor fuses his passions for the personal development, event production, and live broadcasting by empowering speakers, association, and nonprofit organizations to amplify their reach and impact.
